Boath House is a unique, small Georgian Mansion set in 20 acres of lawns, streams and mature woodland. Situated near the coastline of the Moray Firth in the heart of the historic Highlands, it is surrounded by castles, historic sites, golf courses and the historic whisky Trail. Built in the 1820’s on the site of a tower dating back to the time of Mary Queen of Scots, it has upheld the traditions of Highland hospitality and good food of local provenance. Cuisine is classically based with modern techniques and presentation using stunning quality ingredients from the abundant Highland larder.
